After living in Florida for over 20 years, Jon moved to Atlanta with his husband and their little dog in search of real seasons. While they both miss proximity to the ocean, Atlanta feels more like home than anywhere they've lived! Access to nature, a vibrant arts community, a diverse food scene, local breweries, professional sports teams, low cost of living and a variety of cultural influences are but a few of the many aspects Jon loves!
Jon enjoys spending his free time with his husband Angelo and their dog Berkley. Together, they like to play pool, hike, and explore new breakfast spots. They also support New Story, an organization that provides homes for some of the most needy folks in places like Haiti and Mexico, sources labor and material locally to maximize benefit to the local economy, and directs 100% of donations to the building of these homes. Jon directs a portion of each commission he makes to this worthy cause.
Ryan Johnston grew up in New York and graduated from the University of Hartford in 2010, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. His real estate career began in property management when overseeing the lease-up of luxury high rise apartment buildings.
After meeting his wife Jessica, Ryan grew tired of frigid winters and the two made their way down to sunny Atlanta, living in Lindbergh, Decatur, and now Doraville. Ever since he was a kid, Ryan had always wanted to be on TV, so what better way to make a move than couple it with filming a TV show? After a few Craigslist casting ads and some Skype auditions, he and Jessica were cast on FYI Networks "My City’s Just Not That Into Me." The show is about couples looking to "break up" with their current city and find a new one based on a personality test. The filming brought them to Tampa and Atlanta and two weeks later they moved to Atlanta - loving everything it had to offer!
Since the beginning of 2016, Ryan has personally helped over 50 families sell their condos, townhouses, and homes. He has sold homes in all directions of the city in a 30 miles radius of Metro Atlanta. This widespread service has helped Ryan gain an in-depth knowledge of not only the Intown market, but most of the suburbs as well. Ryan is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and works with clients in all price ranges. It is Ryan's goal when working with clients to make the entire process of buying or selling a home is as stress-free as possible while keeping the fun involved. With an industry going through technological shifts, Ryan stays ahead of the curve and educates clients so they can feel confident making some of life’s biggest decisions.
After a hard day’s work closing on homes, Ryan enjoys DIY projects, listening to Audible, hiking, tennis, and basketball. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their dog, Nala.
